Pros and cons of Dual Level app for iPhone and iPad
Dual Level app good for
Thanks for the useful free app, the inclusion of both horizontal and vertical levels and the ability to calibrate is nice. Awesome !
Works as advertised and the calibration for horizontal, vertical, and normal use are good features to have. However, additional colour choices other than yellow would be more desireable. Overall excellent!
For those pool games, coffee table, night stand, book shelf. Etc. Very handy.
This is a great little tool that will come in handy for frames, shelves and who knows what else!
Lovely little app. Sure it could use some colours or whatever, but hey, its free so who am I to say anything? Thanks for making this :-)
My buddies at the bar were excited they had a better way to level the pool table rather than using the 8 ball etc.
This is one of my first levels I scored. It is clean plain and simple but works great!!! As accurate as a real level I have in my studio. This one I still have marked as a keeper even though I have two others. Hell its free even! Again nice clean and simple design.
Some bad moments
This apps looks promessing enough, but it lacks of accuracy, even after a calibration. At least its free and its a good start for the developpers.
This one has a nag screen with a great big button to buy the Pro version and a little button to bypass the nag. This app is based on a programming example from the dev kit. Now the author is using it to advertise a paid version. Im rolling back and boycotting this developer.
Slow frame rate, calibrate button didnt work, choppy graphics. At least its free. I deleted this 30 seconds after downloading.
I dont know whats more of a nag; upgrading my free version for the nag version or living with a perpetual app update icon on my home screen so I can still run the good old version.
Looks like Im going to probably end up deleting this one. Too bad.
I had the previous version and it was great. Simple, but very useful. If you havent upgraded..DONT! Not only is the new version NAGWARE, but now the calibrate function doesnt work consistantly and the bubbles are hard to read. [:(]
I sure wish Id read some of the reviews before I upgraded. Is there a way to get the old version back?
Ive had this program since it first came out. Worked fine, decent icon, no buy me bs... Not so much anymore. Cheesy icon, nagware... Weaksauce needless to say its been deleted, off to find a free level that doesnt have to vonit advertising all over itself to try and sell a paid version.
